20" x 30", nupastel on illustration board.
I can't really say there is a specific story to this, as it's more intended for the viewer to make up one themselves (and I've heard some interesting interpretations already). First time using pastels on a piece. I was going for Ashley Wood's style without the use of actual paint (as he primarily uses oils). I like the scenery more so than the figure (which is myself by the way). Update: Better photo added. |
